The Airigh and Bothan are in the village of Tarskavaig in the south of the Isle of Skye on the Sleat peninsula, also known as 'The Garden of Skye'.
Tarskavaig is a twenty minute drive by car from the ferry terminal at Armadale https://www.calmac.co.uk/en-gb/route-information/mallaig-armadale/#/ or a forty five minute drive from the bridge at Kyle of Lochalsh.
Armadale Community Store is our nearest shop and has a wide range of groceries, newspapers and vegan and gluten free options along with a post office and petrol station. There are numerous cafe and restaurant options on the Sleat Peninsula and in Broadford along with a range of shopping opportunities highlighting local crafts and artists. Our nearby distillery, Torabhaig, offers tours and whisky tasting and Armadale Castle and Gardens are a short drive away. Skye has lots to offer and helpful suggestions for day trips will be available in the information packs available in each property.
